I want to start my own website(Cricket game) , onwhich people can participate by paying some amount, and if they win they will get prize money in cash. In this People have to form their team by choosing player and players evaluation will be done from real IPL matches. So is it permissible in term of legal aspect, and which act will be applicable to this.

As per SEZ rule export earning has to be certified in form of Softex. Along with softex we need to submit Export invoice. Can anyone suggest what kind of export invoice format we should have. Also suggest us what precautions we should take while filing softex forms.
