19 May 2011 IT is not a very tough subject. Only the point is that it is very technical. You have much time to prepare for the subject. To study IT, you need to be much familiar with all the concepts of the subject. Better way is to have demo of mostly used concepts, devices, etc. Demo or illustrations can be taken from pictures, videos, actual devices, etc. This will make your approach more easy towards the subject.

SM is a management oriented subject. You need to know the management principles mentioned therein. To study SM, you first go through the subject and after that try to study the case studies with questions and answers. After going through many case studies, try to solve the case study questions. This will help a lot.
