Director remuneration will be add in Annual wage Bill(As per CA Certificate) in A.P.R.
Plz clear me?
and A.P.R. Hard copy submitted in STPI it will be certified by C.A.

Yes... Director's remuneration are also to be added in APR.
& after online submission of APR, hard copy of APR (duly certified by CA)is also to be submitted to STPI.
