I want to start my own website(Cricket game) , onwhich people can participate by paying some amount, and if they win they will get prize money in cash. In this People have to form their team by choosing player and players evaluation will be done from real IPL matches. So is it permissible in term of legal aspect, and which act will be applicable to this.
Please reply as early as possible.

Such game is allowed. There are many such types of Fantasy Cricket Games available in market today.
