Cs postal coaching modification

i've got a mail that, the students need not complete oral/postal coaching and obtain certificate w.e.f.oct'2013.Is it true?

If it is, can i appear june'2014 exams without submitting postal coaching certificate?

Regarding gmcs-1.

Dear Sir/Madam,i am a direct entry student and registered in IPCC in the NIRC on 13th jan.2013, and cleared ITT &OT,and started article in nov11,2013,and send FORM 103 on nov 11,can i start GMCS course.Thanks in advance.

Regarding exemption in cwa inter

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I want to join CWA, directly in Inter so there is any exemption for CA & CS Inter student.But the student is not pass the both inter examination.
