if the company provides for reserve capital:- 1) what would fully paid-up share mean?? 2)when would the shares be considered fully paid-up, so as to be eligible to be converted into stock??

Regarding exemption in cwa inter

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I want to join CWA, directly in Inter so there is any exemption for CA & CS Inter student.But the student is not pass the both inter examination.

Due date of final

Dear Sir,
I Have Cleared my IPCC GRP I in May 2011 and Started Articleship on 16.08.2011 so as per that my FINAL Attempt is as on MAY 14.
But my GRP II is pending and attempted in NOV 13, I m sure regarding clearing exam. so could i give my FINAL in MAY 14?
Please give Guidance..
