If transfer Date is 15-7-13 and still not register any where so can somebody tell me the gap period between transfer date to Re-registration date of under new principal so my final attempt will not shift.mean from which date i have to get register my self

I have completed one year of my artileship.. and now i want to take trasfer. my principal is ready to give me in writing that he is willing to give me transfer. will institute accept this and allow me to take transfer ??

Some people saying me that we can give CA final without passing B.Com but we need any garduation for obtaing CA degree i.e. without passing B.Com can give CA final but will not get degree of CA.... Is it true?? Can anyone suggest me about this?
