Is there any problem in changing articleship after 1.5 yrs to out of state?
Is there many formalities? Can u please expalin in details regarding this matter?

I have already paid fee online to get registrate in NIRC for orientaion programme after that batches were not available so log out after few days now when batches are availbale
whwn i logged in i'm not available to select any batch and i got no response drom NIRC helpline

please guide me how to deal through with it

is my payment is waste'i have to pay agian or there will be any solution ?

I have registered for ipcc on 31/07/2009. By knowing that my registration has expired i have sent a revalidation letter along with demand draft on august 2013. in response to it i have received a letter stating that no fee is required and my registration will be validated latter. But still i did not received any letter regarding this issue.


please help me whether i have to send the letter or not. please do the favour for me.

What happened when . Don't do a gmcs 1 in a year

An assesse filed the service tax return and upon filling it came to know that challan serial number was filed wrongly. Accordingly, return was revised to correct the challan number. Later on, it was found that assesse claimed excessive deduction of property tax and deposited short amount of service tax. Thus, assesse deposited the remaining service tax and when assesse tried to revise the return, the same could not get revised.

Please tell what to do and procedure therefor.

im in my 23 rd month of articleship. so ive to take gmcs~2 in the last year of my service. wat happens if i say for sm reasons articleship period got over and i could not take gmcs~2 coz of my exam leave and preparation in the last year of my service? can gmcs~2 be taken after completion of my articleship service ?

can i take the exam attending days and the interval period in between exams as working days ? i.e. can it be considered for taking compensatory leave ?

As per icai regulations.. An article has to work 35 hrs minimum per week. So I.e. 7 hrs per day for 5 days.. So Saturday can be assumed as a non~working day. most of the ca firms where my friends' work they are not working on saturdays. But in my firm Saturday is a working day. So in my articleship leave calculation, Can I claim compensatory leave on the total number of saturdays which I have worked?? Is it permissible?

Extension of articleship can be completed under anothet CA ...?? If yes then what is exact procedure of it...

maine pcc se convert krawaya ipcc me....and ab sab bol rhe hai gmcs training ki ya nhi....maine abhi tak gmcs ki training nhi ki and meri articleship training bhi puri ho gyi hai...ab kya kru? kya abhi bhi gmcs training jrurui hai...plz helpp
