30 December 2013 i want to know if the firm is doing only stock audit , concurrent audit whether it is good to join in that firm for ca articleship training

30 December 2013 no it is not a good firm to join as you wont get diversified exposure.

30 December 2013 You will not get satisifed with that work,..i feel concurrent audit is the one of the boring work ...

stock audit will be interesting and ofcourse depends on howyou do(mere counting of stock items is not stock audit we have to find out internal control lapses and should give recommendations for its improvement....)

Instead better join in a firm where company audits are doing

30 December 2013 i will suggest you to join a firm which have all the taxes like income tax, service tax , vat and atleast internal and statutory audit of co so that you will have diverse exposure.

all this u must ask in interview itself.
