Can I do my Industrial Training in the unit of a company? That company is approved by ICAI for Industrial Training and the unit is not preparing its own Balance Sheet, rather it gets merged with the Balance sheet of Main company.

I registered for Final in Feb,however the registration is still under process. I want to appear for May 2014 exam.But while filling exam application form online it has a mandatory requiring date of final registration. Please guide me in this regard.

i have completed my coaching of ca final in feb 2012 and in the last 3 attempts i appeared but got the negative result and now i am unable to decide whether should i appear or not in may 2014. so please suggest me.. what should i do.. and whether there is any major changes in the subjects of 1st group...??

I have completed CA - Inter . Presently I am doing Articleship.

i have applied for B Com for IGNOU. The attempt will come in Dec 2014.

Shall i eligible for CMA - Inter for Dec 2014.

Is there any problem because it is more than one course.

But IGNOU is Distance only. Now am i recognised as more than 1 course in icai.

Please reply me as earlier as possible.

I wish to clarify a doubt regarding PF Registration.
1.Is it possible to register with PF authority where the company have the corporate office & admin Office instead of regd office?

i.e.M/s.VG Pvt ltd has office at Pune & its Corp. & Admn office in chennai.Is it possible to register with PF -Chennai Region?


Further Is it possible to add into the head office/factory PF code No, even employees is working in multiple places?

my article period ended on 7th feb 2014 I have filled form 107 for excess leave of 30 Days. now can I get frank form 107 it self?
if Yes for what amount? back Dated 107 form is Valid?

Please inform me am confused.....
