Im going to CA-cpt classes.Im in a confused state whether to do b.com regular and simultaneously persue CA or to do b.com in correspondance and do CA.My relatives are confusing me a lot.Im not able to take a firm decision.i would like to get your guidance on the above mentioned query.what will be my state if i persue b.com in correspondance and do ca and if i dont clear after IPCC?.Is there any other alternate to carry on my future in a good and decent way? Hi All,

This is in reference to the recent changes made in Corporate Law i.e. the sections of Companies Act, 2013 that have been notified by the MCA.

My query is that whether the notified sections of Companies Act, 2013 shall be applicable for the December 2014 examination or not. Till now, I have not seen any notification on the ICSI website regarding this.

Kindly clarify.

on my ca ipcc admit card my status is provisionally admitted what does that mean?

I am just admitted in B.Com 3rd yr. I want to know that, can I register my self in IPCC for may 2015 exam now. If yes, then what document is required for registering my self, what is the last date to register and do I have to submit the admission receipt of B.Com 3rd yr. Is this is enough or any thing else is required & what type of practical training i have to do (as mentioned in the website of ICAI) before appearing in my 1st attempt Thank You. I have completed 1 year and 8 months of articleship. Now I need to take transfer on medical grounds as I am suffering from complete Ligament tear in my leg ankle and cannot walk properly. Shall l have to take prior permission from ICAI before terminating my articleship agreement with my present principal ? My present principal have no issues of my tranafer. If prior permission is needed from ICAI, what is the procedure and how much time will it take ?
