hello can u tell me the procedure for transfer of articleship in the 1st year of articleship??
before getting form 109 should i get the permission from icai & MY PRINCIPAL??
& wat kind of a letter i have to write to icai? can u provide a format of the same??
an in 30 days of sending the form 109 do i have to join another firm??
an wat if i don join the same??
an i dint get my articleship registration letter from icai yet?(its been already 1.5 month of my articleship) so sud i wait till i get my letter for d transfer or i can do it before recieving the same??

Look Rashh in the first year the process of transfer is very easy. No need of any letter & u must not provide any reason for transfer also. Just fill up the form & get it signed by ur principal.

Principal consent is must without which transfer is not possible. But no need of any letter.

ya but today i got ma articleship letter it says my registration is pending as i have not registered for CA final at the time of articleship registration so it want me to register myself for CA final now an send a dd to dem for 10,000 an even want me to send my ipcc marks sheet photocopy??

Rashh it is a common sense that u r registering for articles so how should u r unable to register for finals?

Rashh many people have diff. Views. But as per me do not take multiple classes one time. Coz 2 reasons r there, it will effect u Financially n also mentally. I suggest to take that classes now in which there r no scope of amendments like Accounts, MAFA etc. N to attend TAX, Law etc before a decent time for exams.

And if there is only multiple option in front of u then wait for 1 year n learn practical works in articleship n join after that.
