14 May 2014 Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a CA Final Student.I have cleared IPCC Both groups in May 2012.I have registered for articleship on 29th Nov,2012.I will be serving last 12 months of articleship on May 2015 .As per New eligibilty rules for final Examination appearing on Institute website,will I be able to appear in May 2015.

Eligibility

1. The candidate must have passed the Intermediate/ PE-II Examination.
2. The candidate must have obtained Final Course registration number from Board of Studies Section of the concerned decentralized office of the Institute after passing the Intermediate/ PE-II Examination.
3. The candidate must have completed the practical training as is required for admission as a member or is serving the last twelve months of practical training on the first day of the month in which the examination is scheduled to be held: and

14 May 2014 U will b eligible for Nov' 15 attempt.

14 May 2014 No it is not implemented till now. It is 30 months till date.

14 May 2014 as i have passed in May 2012 but registeration date was delayed.

14 May 2014 Thats y ur attempt is delayed due to delay in ur registration. ur attempt will b based on 30 months from ur registration. Well, no option for that, friend.

15 May 2014 Look ICAI has just posted that page, but till now there is no confirmation about that. If they have posted, then we can hope that it will get implemented ASAP. But till date there is no news about that.
