Respected Sir/Madam,
I joined my articles in the month of December,now i want to take termination in my firm.Can i send only 109 form to the institute or is there any rule to send joining forms 103 and 112 along with form 109 ? And also i want to know details regarding termination.,Can you please inform me ?

If it is ur 1st year then u just need consent of ur principal, n the process of transfer is easy, no other documents r required.
