I have a query as to when is one allowed to attempt Final CA.I have cleared 1st grp of ipcc in may 2014. Is there a time condition for it i.e. 2.5 yrs of articleship completion or is it that at least 2.5 yrs shud have passed after my ipcc attempt. I want to start my articleship in December 2014, will I be allowed to appear for Final CA in May 2017? Is there any other condition to be fulfilled? Plz help

When i went to ICAI Office, Bangalore to purchase the Law Updated Books they told me that Companies Act, 2013 is not applicable for NOV-2014 Attempt.Now i'm in a confusion whether it is applicable for NOV-14 attempt or not.

Sir my friend is really vonfused bcoz he is not getting proper guidance of conversion procedure, Actually he is in ipcc and in may 14 he failed both groups and now he is graduate nd he wants to know that what is the exact procedure to get convert in direct entry scheme...
