i want loan from bank of rs. 1200000 but my business revenu is 400000 and i have not filed itr never and bank demand itr for past three years what should i do?

You can file return for FY 2012-13 and FY 2013-14 now but return of earlier period is time barred. For this very reason it is suggested that even when the income is not taxable we should file Income Tax Return to maintain the Income Tax File.
