whether books of accounts can be inspected by the agent of director as per companies act,2013???

My 2nd year got completed on April 2014. i want to for industrial training. If i take termination on today's date by showing leaves thereby the left duration would be 9 months, Would i be eligible ?

I Joined articleship on 5 september and I want transfer becoz my firm is nt good and my principal is not allow me for transfer.so how can i get transfer?????

I need ur assisstance for my preparing my study schedule as i was not able to complete my classes properly due to my illness,since i am sufering from a long term disease which a totally mentally stressfull one,that is "Migrane".So i do request you to please suggest me regarding how should i tackle my both groups exams in such a limited time.

I run a small coaching . I teach 100 to 200 students in a year . I run coaching in my home . I want to file an Income tax but as i dont run a famous institute/coaching , i run a small scale coaching center with minimum resources .

1)please let me know how can i file income tax ?
2)should i also have to maintain record of students ? As i already told you , i run a small coaching , therefor i never used fee receipt concept , transaction was made hand to hand only , will it department raise any issue on this while filing my ITR ?

In RTP's company act 1956 sections were there but study materials of nov 14 new act sections were there so which of those I have to prepare

In case of excess leave in articleship an article assistant has to enter into a supplementary deed with the principle and a fresh agreement in Form 102 has to be entered. Now my question is whether an article assistant is eligible to take leave equivalent to 1/6th of the articleship period served by him during the excess leave, since he is entering into a fresh agreement in Form 102.

I am a ipcc second group student .There are two second group student in our firm and 2 ca final student .Now the problem I am facing is that we are being provided any work but the final students are being provided though I have completed my 1 year of article ship .They know how to file returns, make project report, provided with accounting work ,audit etc .But we are only provided with vouching .We all are equal level no one is senior. But why this discrimination. Whole day sir I have to do vouching only. and even sitting in office till midnight doing vouching, ok I know I have failed my second group but they should teach me too. because when I sum up my 1 year I don/t think I have learned anything till date. please suggest what should I do . sorry for so long post.

Sir/Madam, I have cleared my IPCC group1 exams in May'14. I have joined for Articleship in a firm. I want to know the rules by ICAI for Articles. -Like how many leaves can a article get in 3 yrs. -Is saturday included in the leave mentioned above. I'am not understanding what exactly the regulations are. I tried searching on the internet but could'nt find the appropriate answers to my queries. Hoping for a revert soon. Thankyou, Simran Bhimani.
