14 September 2014 I am a ipcc second group student .There are two second group student in our firm and 2 ca final student .Now the problem I am facing is that we are being provided any work but the final students are being provided though I have completed my 1 year of article ship .They know how to file returns, make project report, provided with accounting work ,audit etc .But we are only provided with vouching .We all are equal level no one is senior. But why this discrimination. Whole day sir I have to do vouching only. and even sitting in office till midnight doing vouching, ok I know I have failed my second group but they should teach me too. because when I sum up my 1 year I don/t think I have learned anything till date. please suggest what should I do . sorry for so long post.

Talk to your principal to understand the situation from his point of view. ask where you lack in terms skills etc. and request for opportunity be given to you to prove yourself.
