Hi,
In case of excess leave in articleship an article assistant has to enter into a supplementary deed with the principle and a fresh agreement in Form 102 has to be entered. Now my question is whether an article assistant is eligible to take leave equivalent to 1/6th of the articleship period served by him during the excess leave, since he is entering into a fresh agreement in Form 102.

no leave is permitted during supplementary articleship. any additional leave taken during this period would require additional supplementary through fresh agreement
