Any change in format of balance sheet? And profit and loss account in case of amalgamation and consolidation due to applicability of companies act 2013?

Articleship training

My sister is getting an opportunity to work with one of the big 4 firms for articleship training. But the only problem is she is selected for audit department but her area of interest is in taxation. Should she leave this offer and opt for other mid size or smaller firms for tax purpose.

Cs company law for december, 2014

Kindly help with the syllabus for Company law for Executive programme exam held in December, 2014. Is Companies Act, 2013 applicable for the same? If yes, which all sections are applicable? Are the sections of Companies Act, 1956 applicable?

College authorities not giving sign in form 112

My college authorities are not giving sign in Articleship form 112.
My articleship is started and franking is done as on date 13th september.
College will sign my form in December.

Gmcs applicability

Hii,

I have registered for my articleship on 01 jan 2012 and took a transfer due to health reasons on 31 oct 2012 and rejoined for articles on 01 june 2013. will new gmcs rules be applicable to me??
If yes,I haven't completed my gmcs-1 within the 1st year of my articleship. What will be the consequences??
