Client has outsourced such pharmacy shop where employee of client are eligible to get free medicine. But client doesn't deduct tds while making payment. total payment made in the current year is more Rs. 1200000.

I want to know whether tds is applicable on making payment to pharmacy unit for supply of medicine.

Now, I planned to complete Professional then go for training. Do I need to apply switch over for new training structure afer passing professional?
