is it affect are final attempt of ca

then u need to pay condonation fees if late submitted by 1 month along with condonation letter

franking date is not relevant. The only requirement is articleship start date should not be prior to the franking date. So adjust the articleship start date to keep submission within 30 days of the start date.
Further, as long as your articleship start date is on or before 1 November 2017, your attempt shall be May 2014.
