22 September 2014 I have completed 2 months of articleship and i want to take transfer but my employer is no allowing me.
What can i do.

22 September 2014 unfortunately, there is nothing you can do unless the principal agrees. So gotta convince him...

22 September 2014 Transfer in first year of article is allowed without restriction. Have a chat with your principal and try to convince him for transfer. Tell him the reason and need for you to take transfer. I am sure if you talk to him again and convey the urgency for transfer, he wil allow you to take transfer.
