Hello Sir, I am a CA Final Student pursuing CA articleship from Pune. I m in a 2nd year articleship and want to do industrial training. I am facing biasness in my firm. They are regularly sending me outside the office for more than 20 kms one way for audit of clients. Also in near about 20 articles in firm, all the article assistant get the chance to work in office in tax audit season except me. I hav written the letter to my principal about my present situation like getting no work in taxation aspect. Worked whole summer & rainy season outside the office travelled by bike. Still they hav not taken any action. Also sometimes i am facing mental torture due to some actions of concerned CA like not to trust on me and calling at client place whether i have reached or not or in which time i have reached or left. I want to do Industrial Training. If my principal is not allowing to do me so, what are the options available to me for industrial training?? Your guidance is very necessary for nurturing my career.

As per draft issued by ICAI on 10th sept-2014 regarding some changes in chartered accountant regulation act 1988.
In the said draft, it contains article stipend rates (revised).
As per their condition of 45 days from draft issue date, does it mean it comes to practice from 25th oct-2014 automatically?

i have joined my articleship before doing my itt & orientation course after one month of my articleship i have completed my itt & orientation course..................now i want to register with icai for articles, which date can i choose? ??????????????????? can i choose the date which i joined in articles that is before doing my itt or i have to mention the date after completing itt???????????? please reply as soon as possible

Recently I met with an accident which fractured my leg. Doctors said atleast 3 months is required to cure. I want to terminate form my principal and join another in my home town.
1. Should i terminate right now or after 3 months??
2. If i terminate now and re-register after 3 months,will my attempt for final be postponed for 6 months (articles registered on 14-03-2013)
