07 October 2014 It is notified in many ca pages in fb that articalship stipend has doubled by icai.which is anounced in a convocation.is it proposed? Or applied too..

See above link. It is just a draft. Not applicable as of now. date of applicability will be from the date of amendment in Chartered Accountant regulation 1988.
