How should I read account subject in cpt because I'm from science background

You need to start from the very basic like debit and credit. Advisable to take tution from a good tutor.

No need to fear from Account as in CA account fear will put you in trouble. I would suggest you to this take account coaching in order to strengthen your accounting fundamentals.
