Can a firm deduct stipend for the leave taken in a particular month?

my IPCC registration was done on 15 Feb 2011 and now I want to revalidate my registration.and for expire of registration I have still few days.and now can I pay exam fee without revalidating my registration?

What are the Changes happened compared to Nov-2014 syllabus for May-2015.

Kindly let me know the sections of companies act 1956 which will be applicable for may 2015 since still some sections are applicable; apart from companies act 2013.
If a list is given it will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I have completed 2 years of articleship , so can I take transfer on the basis of ill health of my father?
