Sir, I am taking a spoken English programme for the summer vacation. I teach about 10-20 students. I want to provide them a certificate for participation. Do I need to register the my classes before providing certificate to all.

Please find below the my friend work details & earning for the year 2014-15

1) April 2014 to June 2014 - Worked as an Employee in a Pvt Co. as Dy Accounts Manager - Total Income Rs.3.50 Lacs including final settlement & compensation

2) July 2014 to March 2015 - Worked as Contractor for Professional in the above Pvt co. & deducted TDS Rs.27000 for 9 months on Rs.2.70 Lacs

3) Interest on FD Rs.12 thousand - is it liable to pay tax?


My Clarification:
1) How to show the above mentioned income in Income tax Return under which Head of Income
2) Can we claim the refund fully
3) what are expenses claim for Professional income & how to show the net income, what are documents required for claim of the same

Please guide me for the above clarifications & suggest at the earliest.

Dear friends I want to know what are the important qualifications for getting placed as a articled assistance with reputed samll/medium sized firm... Will marks be important factor? Have cleard IPCC 1st group with just 203 marks.... I believe I'm much more capable than this and I was lazy and started reading just a week before exams.. I have excellent communication skills and also a keen learner.. so will I be able to join for articleship in a good reputed firm.. And also please suggest some good firms in Mumbai...

I am dhaval bhatt. I am a student of cs-executive. My executive exams will start from 1st june. i have an query on articleship. Please provide me neccessary guidance on my query. My query is as below:
As we all know that after passing executive student have to opt an arcticleship. But in next 2 months i ll get my job in well known bank. So i cannot do both these things together. I wish to join the bank and dont want to do the articleship. So shall i do this? Can i get degree of cs without doing articleship? I dont want certificate of practice because i ll go for job after getting cs degree. When will i can take my proffessional level exam ? And please provide the guidance on icwai course and same queries with icwai course. Egarly waiting for your anwers. Thinking you in advance.

Say I have taken a leave of 3 months during my articleship. While calculating the no.of days leave taken whether the saturdays sundays and any other public holidays falling in those 3 months are also counted as leave or only those days excluding the above mentioned saturdays and sundays etc are counted as leave?
Please help..

Eg:
Leave 3 months i.e 30+31+30=91 days
less: saturdays, sundays and holidays i.e 4 saturdays and 4 sundays per month which is 12 saturdays and 12 sundays for 3 months and 2 national public holidays in those 3 months. So now are my leaves 91 days or 91-12-12-2=65 days? Pl help
