Sir, I am taking a spoken English programme for the summer vacation. I teach about 10-20 students. I want to provide them a certificate for participation. Do I need to register the my classes before providing certificate to all.

At the most you can get yourself registered under Shops and Establishment Act, if it is applicable to the area where you are working from.
