09 May 2015 As per deed i finished my articleship on 15th march 2015. Later i got a letter from the Institute stating that i have 40 days excess leave. But i couldn't attend office as i was preparing for the final exams which began on 2nd may 2015 and ends on 17th may.
Exam days are considered to be working days. My query is... now if i serve the period of excess leave under the same principal which day should be considered as start of articleship? Will it be 2nd May 2015 or the day i which rejoin office i.e 18th may?
I would be grateful if you could answer my query as soon as possible.
