iam pursuing ipcc now i joined under direct entry scheme in ipcc and i completed my 9 months articleship training iam giving my attempt in nov 2015 my dought is shall i continue the articleship training before ipcc or after completed my ipcc ...

Dear Experts,

I am a CA final student, cleared Group 2 in May 2015 Exams and will be appearing for Group 1 in Nov 2015. I have done my graduation from Delhi University Open School (B.Com H)

I am planning to pursue PhD in the future and for that i need to be a post graduate.
Which course should i pursue?
a. M.Com or MBA?
b. Distance or regular?
c. Best colleges & institutions for the same?

I cannot pursue M.com from DU as they require min 65% in graduation and i scored 60% around.

Please suggest.

my parents are shifting from ghaziabad to meerut which has a minimum distance of 50km. I need a transfer as i cant do up down from merrut but my sir is not allowing.He is sayng to up down..what can i do? Its not possible for me to continue here

I am direct entry student. I doing m article training and m IPCC attempt is coming on this nov 2015 but m very confused whether to give this nov 2015 attempt or may 2016 coz m not getting holiday from m office and even m not prepared for m exam as well so pls give me some suggestion how to move on as well as m have not taken any coaching classes for IPCC.

80GG is for employees but if a company give any property on rent and paying rent for other property, can it be adjusted?

eg: office is on rent and paying Rs. 50000/- as rent.

Purchased an office and gave on rent and receiving Rs. 60000/-

Can this be adjusted for company?

My results wasn't declared due to nt hvin completed 2 n half yr of article but thy accepted my exam form. actually I takn transfer nd during I got registered with a ca n later he surrendered his cop n informed meh aftr few months so aftr dt need to registered with another ca. whole process took 4 months n dt hw my 2 n half yr f article extended nw wt should I hv to do so thy declare my results

is new CA final course will be applicable for those who get registered for final before may 16?? I am little worried because my attempt for final is in may 16 but since I have not cleared the second group of ipcc I am not able to register for final... if I pass in Nov 15 ipcc group 2.. will I able to register for old final course???

As my articleship has been completed can i attest the exam form of ca final nov 15 by myself or by gazetted officer or is it compulsory to attest it with a member of institute...

I failed in my frst attempt of c.a final group 2..I still can't make up my mind whether to appear for both or 1 coz I worked really hard last time.so disappointed. not able to concentrate. in group 1 audit and sfm are still untouched. kindly guide..is it impossible ??

My 3years of articleship is likely to complete in september 2015 under direct entry scheme for graduates but still I have not cleared any of the ipcc groups.
I haven't came across any provision that says articleship is not considered complete till u finish ur ipcc groups.

Still just this doubt came that is there any provision I missed or any circular or anything that says IPCC should be completed before 3years of artichleship orelse one needs to continue till he/she does not passes both groups or any one group of ipcc.i.e till u complete ipcc ur articleship 3years wont b considered complete.
