05 August 2015 I've just filled the form for IPCE Group-1 and i've to send it by post. But there is only one address given to send it by post. can we not send it to any other office?

and there are no extra documents mentioned to be submitted along with the form. so do we have to post only the form?

05 August 2015 if the address is given.. I didn't find any logic in sending it to other address...

if in req., nothing is given do send the form only

Even I don't understand why you want to send your form to other address. It is better to send it to the given address.
