ITS BEEN SOME YEARS I HAD PASSED THE INTERMEDIATE EXAMS,NOW I WANT TO APPEAR IN THE FINAL NEW COURSE EXAM TO BE HELD IN NOV 2008.
I WANT TO KNOW WHAT FEES I HAVE TO PAY AND WHETHER I HAVE TO REGISTER AGAIN,ANY FORMS TO BE FIILED UP FOR THE SAME .PLS HELP ME WITH THE FORMALITIES FOR APPEARING IN THE IST EXAM OF FINAL NEW COURSE, I HAD CLEARED MY INTER IN 2000.

MY ATTEMPT OF PCC IS NOV 2008 .I AM GOING TO COACHING DAILY MORNING 6.15 TO 9.00AM THEN I AM GOING TO MY ARTICLES 9.30AM TO 5.30 AM ,THEN AGAIN I AM GOING TO COACHING FROM 5.30PM TO 8.00PM .AFTER GOING TO HOME I AM ABLE STUDY ONLY ONE SUBJECT HOW TO I ALLOT MY TIME FOR EACH SUBJECT.

Is it good to join big firms/ or small firms?i know the +'s and _'s of both.keeping in mind the study schedule,will any medium sized firm fit for doing articleship? big firms though add a lot to our C.V.? pls advice.I'm confused!!

I made a small (think its serious though) mistake in the Form 108. I erroneously entered more number of weeks experience in the report of Work done section (Auditing, Taxation, Consultancy etc). Almost 40 weeks extra, i.e. 168 weeks instead of 130 weeks actually served. Just wanted to know whether it will cause any problem. Will the Institute tabulate the same and go for scrutniny of the same? I sent the form yesterday. In case of any problem please suggest a possible remedy. My Boss is agreeable to send a revised Form 108 with a covering letter of the Firm to the Institute if that can solve the problem. Please help!!!!!

I am a final student in chennai undergoing articles... i had to take a lot of leave in my second year due to sickness, abount 120 days without exam leave.. can anyone tell me how my extension will be computed

I am CA final student. I have sent final registration and articleship registration form on 21st August,2007 but I have not received any Registration letter from Institute stating my Final registration number. What should I do about this matter.

I completed Articleship on 21st Nov 2007. Took total of 191 days leave during the three years of articleship. In the meanwhile I had accumulated credit leave of 30 days during the articleship period itself and the balance was agreed to be served by me during the month of December 2007. My boss is agreeable to sign the Form 108 showing 138 days as leave taken (thus resulting in no excess leave) and we want to avoid the prospect of sending Form 107 (Supplementary Articles). I checked with my other CA friends who had completed their articles and they informed me that they had followed the same procedure in their cases too. Just want to check with the Experts as to whether this arrangement can be done so as to avoid the documentation and hassle of Form 107 and then Form 108 after the completion of Excess leave service.Please help soon.

As you said earlier that a CA without any basic degree cannot get Masters degree,then what are the other best options available aparting from Distance education to pursue higher education.
It was only my sheer devotion to the course & respect for the knowledge ICAI imparts made me to leave my Degree Final year.Now am bit disappointed that I cannot be a Post Graduate.Can a CA without any degree do Masters course from ICFAI,also kindly advice how much of points(bacculards)are generally alloted to a CA (without a basic degree) to pursue CPA in USA

How a final student becomes a member CA after the completion of Final exams and GMCS

a) if there is a provision that this time only 300(suppose) can be qualified as CA; then the students in the top 300 in ranks will only become CA; rest have to give final next time(even though they have secured marks more than pass marks)
b) Or, those who clear the final exams and gmcs can apply for membership.
