if one subject got 61 marks in 1st attempt of group -1 and both groups fail., in 2nd attempt grup -1 marks are combine with group -2 for aggregate total of both groups or not?

I am a student of ca ipcc and I had cleared accounts, law and audit exam. Now I have to appear for cfm, tax and itsm in this coming November.
Can anyone please tell that is it possible to clear these three subjects in 2 months?
And please suggest me some books for self study...

I had started my articleship on 09.08.2014 and till that date I didn't join any college for graduation. But on Nov. 2014 I had enrolled in a correspondence Bcom course as I was late to get admission in any regular college.Then after passing Bcom 1st year in correspondence I had converted from correspondence to regular BCom as in my university one can convert from correspondence to regular in 2nd year and finally get a regular degree.

BCOM 2nd year reg. date- 29.07.2015

But till date I haven't submitted FORM 112.
Experts please guide me.

Please conform whether final attempt will postpone if transfer is taken in 2nd year of articleship,if the transfer is taken within the grounds specified by Institute.

A company has been providing soft skills training to the students of a college. It collects fees in the beginning of the year. However not all the students pay at that time. Some students pay at the end of the year.The coaching class is not conducted at a stretch, but is spread over the year. For those who give fees at the beginning, the POT shall be the date of receipt. What will be the POT for the students who make delayed payments?

Hai sir, i am doing my articleship in Hyderabad.i am staying in my uncles home. Now they are shifting to another city. I want to do my articleship in my native place where my parents are staying. How can i apply to the institute.In ICAI regulations for termination of articleshp transfer means there is a rule that transfer of working parents to another city. In my case how can apply for the Termination. please give me the reply as early as possible. Thsnking you,
