How to build a strong conceptual base in accounts

08 September 2015 Am a CA finalist,cleared IPCC in the first attempt,now gave final group 1 and group 2 separately in Nov '14 and May'15 respectively. But couldn't clear in either of them.Also my marks are barely in the 30s. Am puzzled and cannot find my mistakes,and thus am not preparing for this term (Nov'15). I want to appear for both the groups in May '15.please help me how can I strengthen my conceptual base in all 8 subjects in 5 months? Will it be possible?
