Dear Members, I want to ask that if someone had done B.com(H) correspondence from other city and CA articleship in some other city while on leave from office. Is this correct ?

I applied for a certified copy of my all 4 subjects of 2nd group(CA-Final) on 22/07/15 but status is still in process and my friends who also applied for the same received their copies in-between 1-3 September I also contacted them on the number given in their site they told me that may be your copies are still in review process so wait. I want to ask what can be the reasons of such delay,almost 2 months is gone from date of application. Thanks in advance..

Whether it will be good to take Accounts tution now owing to change in syllabus.

One of my client has given 5 of his trucks on hire basis to a company who uses his trucks for purpose of transportation of goods from 1 place to another. For this the company pays Rs. 150000 every month to the client from current year. Now, in which category of service should my client get himself registered - GTA or Supply of Tangible goods or any other service.

Also, the company considering itself as availing of transportation services has started paying service tax to department under GTA under RCM.

Kindly guide whether the above is correct or not. Should my client get himself registered under service tax or not. Please help.

Please help me...I have completed 18 months of articleship but now because of medical issues i m unable to continue it.. but my principal is not ready to give me his consent. He is saying that i need to complete tax audit otherwise he will write that i m not doing articleship as per institute's guidline... i show him my all reports and certificate of doctor...
