What would be the remedy available for undervaluation of marks in certified copies??

This query is : Resolved

17 September 2015 Dera experts, please suggest me. . I got my certified copies of IPCC group 2. I was shocked to see the marking scheme of icai. I attempted full 100 marks paper and answered properly and to the point. Checker checked and ticked answers as right but at the end, he gave merely 0 to 3 marks in 6-8 marks questions. which is unjust. And on the first sheet where total marks allotted were written , marks were deliberately changed and again allotted lower than before by crossing (___)the actual marks. It seems that marks were manipulated intentionally. so i need suggestions and what should i do in this situation. is there any remedy available against it ? and whether there is any chance for increment in marks as i need 17 marks to pass group II.

17 September 2015 No way.
Please try to digest the difference between PROFESSIONAL examination like IPCC versus Graduation.
Marking system is not something like linear function, please accept it for your better tomorrow.
Wasting your time in writ petition, spend the same time in preparing PROFESSIONALLY for the next attempt.

17 September 2015 Thanks for reply Sir. I am not going to file writ petition... I want to know that if I notify Institute in this regard by filling discrepancy form, will it be worthy ? or the only option available is to prepare for the next attempt.

18 September 2015 "Trying" is always welcome. Do inform the examination section of ICAI. But dont hold your studies for want of any answer from ICAI. Dont wait for the reply from ICAI.
