i had started my articleship from 26th april 2014. my principal had full time cop and i am only article which is registered under him. Due to non payment of cop fees his cop has canceled with effect from 1st oct. 2014. and i am unknown from all this facts. now my principal restore his cop from 9 th sep 2015. will my articleship of this period i.e. oct 1 2014 to sep 9 2015 be counted ?

Write a letter to ICAI in this regard and pray for your difficulty.
In normal circumstances, nothing can be done. But your case appears to be innocent and genuine. So, please try out your luck by requesting ICAI.

Yours has proved to be an EXCEPTIONAL case. Please don't indulge yourself into any non ethical as well as immoral and illegal act like using back dated stamp paper and all that. One CHEATing leads to a series of cheating in cascading effect.
Submit yourself to the almighty, which in your case is ICAI. Let it take the decision. Whatever ICAI does, shall be in your good interest. Never think for SHORT term benefits.
