Sir, me CA articlship ke doran bank me job Karna chahta hoon kya sir me job Kar sakta hoon plz tell me? ?

I joined my articleship on 9.3.15,and i am totally dissatisfied with my principle.I want to take transfer my principle is reluctant to give the same.He is scaring me that he will give bad conduct.plz tell me what recourse i available.

sir i hv cmpleted my bcom im from cpt route i hv joined ca course in my second year bcom hv cleared cpt in d frst attempt and ipcc i hv already given last may attempt but i did not clear sir i hv heard about drectly joining articleship aftr degree and shifting to direct entry scheme and the nine mnths cmpulsory articleship for 9months is removed now..so sir can i join my articles now and cntinuewith my ipcc exams..???please reply

I have Filed Audit Report on 26.09.2015 of one Client, Now Assessee has Produced Certain Certificates , If I consider The Certificates , Balance Sheet Figures will be Changed, If I don't Consider The Certificates ,Audit Report will be False, Certificates are related to Loans & Advances Given For Allotment of Flates,
I want to Know Whether Report may be Changed alongwith Balance Sheet,

I am planning to do 1 year of articleship in small firm and remaining in a reputed firm. i want to know when should i start my artileship to be eligible in may 2016 attempt and also clearing and getting articleship transferred. thank you for your answers
