what can i do now.
Can i join both CCT and Article same time.

i also need some useful material for final year. also wont e books for final.

what will be office working hour as per ICAI ARTICLESHIP TRAINING RULE ,if a student(article assistant/semi-qulified) stay outstation for outstation audit or for office purposes for long time(for e.g. one month, two month Or more )? is ther is any rule has been framed by ICAI or not???? please guide me.

i asked many about the reference book. maximum suggested me ICAI STUDY MATERIAL+paduka publication.(i m not joining any coaching)

i purchased paduka publication for A/c and cost and fm.
but i found those books contained only practical problems...wht about theory of the subjects????

vl i need to purchase any other books for theory i mean for basics???

Myself Pragnesh Choksy appeared for P.E.-II examination in Nov'2008. Kindly note that it was my 5th attemp. I cleared Group-II during my 3rd attemp and moreover I got exemption this time(i.e. in 5th attemp by scoring 75 marks in Paper-3.)By this way only 2 subjects namely Paper-1 Accounting and Paper-2 Auditing are yet to be cleared. Also note that I have completed my 250hrs Compulsory Computer Training(CCT).

Now my Questions are as follows,
Q-1. If I clear both of above mentioned remaining papers (i.e. Paper-1 & 2)by next attemp of P.E.-II, what will be the applicable articleship period for me? 3years or 3.5 years? Also note that I have exhasted my 5 attemps but last attemp of P.E.-II is May-2009 so am I required to re-register? If so describe the procedure.

2.What should I do if I want to take conversion in PCC scheme? What would be the applicable Articleship period for me in that case(i.e. if I opt for PCC)? What will be the procedure for coversion and fee structure? What about ITT Trainnig since I menitioned you that I have completed my 250 hrs.CCT Training?
Also inform me whether there is any substaintial changes in Syllabus of Accounting and Auditing? If I take conversion what would be my benefit as compared to P.E.-II.

3.What is exactly IPCC? What is the procedure for conversion from P.E.-II to IPCC? What will be the procedure for the same and applicable Articleship period? Whether syllabus of Auditing and Accounting is substaintially different as compared to P.E.-II. What is the benefit of conversion in IPCC?

4. I have already mentioned you that I have cleared Group-II of P.E.-II and Paper-3 and now only two papers (i.e. Accounting and Auditing)is yet to clear. So if I opt for either PCC or IPCC whether my exemption in Paper-3 and Group-II will be considred for both of this option?

Hi,

I have cleared my one group of PE-II in nov 2008 attempt but the problem is that it was my fifth attempt and i am not sure whether i will get a chance to appear in next may 2009 attempt to clear my second group.

Please can anyone confirm this that whether i would get this apportunity to clear my second group by appearing in the may 2009 exams which is the last attempt of PE-II(considering that my 5 attempts have already been exhausted).

Would really appreciate you prompt reply as i am in big tension.

I am a PCC student and willing to convert to IPCC. Accordingly I would be eligible to appear 4 finals in nov 11. I would like to continue my articleship but i feel coz of audit season 4 me it would not b easy to appear IPCC in nov 09 thus will this affect the eligibility for finals in nov 11 if i appear IPCC in may 2010?
So that i can serve audit period 4 principle and will not be required 2 4go my advantage of conversion.

Please clear my doubt regarding exam leave.
I have registered for articles under PCC scheme. I joined articleship on April 24, 2008. I will complete 15 months of training on July 24, 2009. Can I apply for leave immediately after this date?

I am from Delhi, I have done One year of my articleship from a CA firm in Delhi.I have taken termination from my firm in November and now I have registered with a new CA firm in Raipur.

1. Due to some reason I was not able send my Form 103, 102 to the ICAI office. As it has been more than a month since the form has been signed by my new CA principal of Raipur. What penalties would I have to pay for the delay?

2. This CA firm which is in Raipur, Chhattisgarh is registered from Kanpur whereas I am registered in Delhi as an article. Can I submit my form in Delhi ICAI office in Shahdra?

3. Is it possible that I remain registered from the CA firm in Raipur and do the secondment from Delhi?
