is there is rule framed by ICAI regarding outstation stay ?

29 January 2009 what will be office working hour as per ICAI ARTICLESHIP TRAINING RULE ,if a student(article assistant/semi-qulified) stay outstation for outstation audit or for office purposes for long time(for e.g. one month, two month Or more )? is ther is any rule has been framed by ICAI or not???? please guide me.

03 April 2009 I dont think so tat any rule like this is made. Mostly this is the common understanding between article and principle that you can claim some extra leave for this.
