Can anybody please guide me how to study for indirect tax subject for C.A.Final? Whether there are many amendments have been taken place for the Nov. 2009 attempt? Is it important to refer a new book of Bangar rather than use the same book which was applicable to May,2009? Kindly, guide me.

I WANT KNOW WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DUARTION FOR MBA COURSE IN BHATHIAR UNIVERSITY IF WE JOIN IT AFTER CLEARING FINAL EXAMINATION AND BEFORE CLEARING FINAL EXAMINATION. IF WE JOIN MBA FIRST AND THEN WE CLEAR FINAL EXAMINATION,WHETHER WE WILL BE ELIGIBLE TO GET EXEMPTION OF PAPERS, WHICH ARE EXEMPTED TO STUDENTS WHO HAVE CLEARED FINAL EXAMINATION?

I have cleared 1st group of final CA in the June 09 attempt.I still have 2nd group exam to be given.Due to some reason i will not be able to give Nov 09 exam. Can anyone guide me that if i give the 2nd group exam in the May 2010 will the 1st group result be counted? or the change of course invalidate my 1st group result?

Sir i submitted Form 112 few days back for getting permission to do the CS course along with , Now due to certain reasons i am not doing CS course.

How can i intimate my changed decision as Form 112 has been deposited?

i am giving my pcc attempt in nov 09.i want to clear the second group first and i want to secure an exemption in law in first group. is it possible to pay for both groups and give only law ?and if i do that and get average of 50 in second group, will the second group be considered independently? and is it fine if i even dont sit for the other two subjects in the first group?
