Can anyone plz tel me why is provision for depreciation created and why is it deducted from the concerned asst together with the current year's depn of that asset?

i am a student pursuing my CS but i am equally interested in CA and CWA,,which i would like to pursue simultaneously...but iam confused which one to opt CA or CWA...please suggest me sir

Please advice me, I have cleared CA PCC exam in Nov, 09. My articleship training continuing from 22nd sept. 2007 and completed in 21st March 2011. Am i eligible to appear in CA final exam due in Nov. 2010 ?
