I hereby wants to know the answer, during the articleship training i have taken excess leave of 3 months, which is required to be served as per ICAI regulation. can i serve my excess leave with any different Principle?

my attempt due in may 16 . IS BANGAR'S COMPILER FOR IDT IS SUFFICIENT FOR SELF STUDY.

When released ipcc result

Sir ,I joined articles on 30th September 2014 and I took 40 days leave already .on Jan 25th I met with an accident and I took termination .as per icai norms atleast 3 months discontinuance should be there .will my attempt postponed due to this ?

My Articleship running from surat( Gujrat)from 20 Oct. 2015. I have resigned myself from 28 Jan.2016 because environment of the city not suitable to me and In my medical report i have a stone disease in my kidney .
Now i want to go my home town sikar ( Rajasthan) for complete treatment. I want to take transfer from this firm . I am also in my 1st year of articleship but my principal refuse to give me transfer. He said he will not give me transfer at any condition. But i want transfer because my health is not well here.Day by day its getting down.

Now please help me . I am in big trouble .Suggest me what should i do .It's a question of my CA Career.

please Can any one provide notes for all IPCC subjects.I'm preparing for may 2016.

I have taken my CA IPCC material in December 2014 , but my exam will be on may 2016 , which should I change of my materials or books

I have read it bt i found practice manual more good as compare to modules ,so i shud read modules or reading practice manual is gud enough fr ca final fr practical as well as theory.

i Mohammad Umar Farooq CRO0405151 was registered under CA Pawan Dewani and working under CA Nafees Ali Shah(partner) ,on 1st september , he filed form 109 in favor of me and submitted to the institute , and few days later that form was returned from the institute , mentioning any termination requires prior approval , so kindly submit documents and submit letter , in response of which i submitted application to the institute asking for transfer due to change of city , and i had clearly mentioned that until and unless i am not getting approval of transfer i am registered in the same office , with seal and sign of my principal , and i was waiting for institutes approval , but just few days ago i came to know that institute directly terminated me , that too from back date date that is 1st september 2015 , and till now i m working in the same office , and institute terminated me on 1st september . and earlier i was shifting to another city i.e indore with my family , but now i can't change my current city because my father is no more now , and he passed last month , and now i want to do articleship in my current city i.e bhopal , i shall be marked present till the current date and please allow transfer to me in the same city , i many times tried calling institute but i didnt get any response , i am in great trouble , kindly help me , and mark me registered in the same office till the date and allow me transfer approval in the same city , as the reason for change of city was my father and now he is no more , so kindly consider me and reply me as soon as possible .
