I am in my 2nd year of article ship and i wanted to stop my articleship for a short time of 3-4 months due to some personal problems.
Is it possible to take a break and if possible then do i have to continue under the same Principal or registering under other Principal is allowed? And also will this affect my original CA Final exam attempt?

You can register with other CA if you got transfer,if you take leave for 4 months from your boss you can complete with same principle.
Yes your attempt will definetely get affected,.your date of completion of articles will be extended to the extent of delay you made in re-registration of articles incase of transfer or excess leave,
