MYSELS SURAJ NAIK , I AM WILLING TO TAKE TRANSFER OF MY ARTICLESHIP IN SECOND YEAR AS MY PARENTS ARE SHIFTING TO MY NATIVE PLACE, I DONT HAVE REASONS WHICH IS APPROVABLE BY INSTITUTE BUT I HAVE PROOF FOR HAVING MY HOUSE IN MY NATIVE PLACE, CAN I TAKE TRANFER PROVIDING MY PARENTS ADRESS PROOF? PLEASE SUGGEST, ITS URGENT

01 February 2016 Yes,icai also accepts any other reason which is reasonable and give permission for transfer if icai feels it is necessary,

So make an application icai seeking permission for transfer of articleship explaining your reason along with your boss no objection letter and agreeing to reason given by you,

once you got permission from icai you can take transfer by sending form 109

01 February 2016 Procedure for permission is u need to make letter to icai,procedure i have told u in above reply,

You cannot send form 109 directly,you can send form 109 only if you received permision from icai,icai wont accept your transfer request if you send form 109 with out getting prior permission
