31 January 2016 Dear experts,
I hereby wants to know the answer, during the articleship training i have taken excess leave of 3 months, which is required to be served as per ICAI regulation. can i serve my excess leave with any different Principle?

01 February 2016 Thanks sir i further wants know, i have served 10 months Articleship in ABC & Associates and i have taken 60 days leave in this firm and i get transfer in XYZ & Associates and serve remaining period of 2 years and 2 moths and taken leave of 225 days.
with reference to above sir please tell me how many excess period remain for serve.
