i have few doubts n seeking to clarify them by the experts:

1.do low marks of previous exams such as 10th, 12th or B.com matter or are they given more consideration during placements even though if a person is a C.A. ranker ?



2.can we do our 3year articleship in BIG4 or will that be considered as industrial training? m very confused about this


3.i m 23 now, intending to write CPT this year,am i too late to be pursuing CA? and in how many years can one succeed in completing the course if both IPCC n Final exams are cleared in the very 1st attempt?

i need to clear these doubts so as to plan my CA studies n career for next 4-5 years..

land was purchased in year-1
building was constructed in year-2
house was sold on year-4
valuation authority made separate valuation for building and land.
how to calculate capital gains?
does sale of building lead to short term capital gain as the officer valued it separately?
or construction of building is to be taken as cost of improvement?

in calculating VAT does turnover includes the amount of output tax collected?

I am c.a. final student and my c.a. final attemp will due in nov.2011 and bcom final result is awaited...and i m interesting in c.s. course also..plzzz advice me about its formalities and kya muje kuch paper ki exemption bhi mil sakti hai????plzzzz clarify in detail....

I was registered for PCC first..so i began articleship. after finishing six months i took termination and converted to IPCC. I gave my attempt in Nov 09. dint clear unfortunately. but rejoined articleship. i have not received my registration letter yet. Do u think i will be registered??

and another thing i wanted to know was when i will get my final attempt. i will finish 3 years articleship in Aug 2010. and three and a half in feb 2013. so will i get thr final attpemt in nov 2012 or may 2013???

I hope some one has an answer to this...
