Will any1 let me knw wat is the use of Information Technologgy subject in CA Course???

Dear Experts,

we have open a new company but has not open any bank for same company. now we have received a 1st bill of expense and have to make a payment for same bill.
can i do this payment by our group company.
example new company is A and Group company is B.

Entry in the Books of B
A Company A/c dr
To Bank A/c

In the Books of A
Expense A/c Dr
To TDS 10 %
To B Company (Credit given to B Company)

is both of entry is ok if wrong please suggest right entry.

Actually i am confusing about the tds where it should be deduct in the books of A or in the books of B.

Please Guide me.

My CA final examine is in this May'10. Due to that reason I am unable to present in my article ship during April month. So, that reason my principal terminates me from my article ship. My article ship is complete within 8 months.

I think, There is an exemption of 2 subjects in intermediate and 2 subjects in final.

I would like to know,
1) Whether compulsory to submit the CC papers.
2) Whether compulsory to attend the computer training.

Can any one tell me what is secondment? How we can avail it pls describe it in details/procedure as one of my friend want to go for secondment but don't have clear picture of secondment. As he is in last ten months of articleship can he terimante/transfer his articleship to some other CA ? He is currently at PCC level. Can termination be done at this stage with/without migrating to IPCC as he want to focus on the studies.

Please help
