19 May 2010 My CA final examine is in this May'10. Due to that reason I am unable to present in my article ship during April month. So, that reason my principal terminates me from my article ship. My article ship is complete within 8 months.
Please suggest, It can possible for me to join new firm for this short period.

19 May 2010 anuradha, how your principal can terminate you like that? its not possible.. he can give ou exam leave and you can serve the remainingg period after exams..

Anyways yes you can do it.... minimum period of serving in one firm is of 6 months.. you stil have time..

19 May 2010 During the month of exam you should be in service you cant be under termination from service.....then only you are eligible to write the exams
