in the case of late filing of form 112 with (after completion of external course) icai, whether there is need to take sign of employer(CA) in that form? please help me

means.. yes you need to take sign of the principal at time of filing form 112

if you are filling form 112 then tou need to get it signed by your CA and there is no option.....
